[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Non-acceptance of Termination Request fo Data Card [protected] and Unauthorized billing

Dear Sir, I was using the data card [protected] since Apr 2013 but in the Month of Aug 2014 I was transferred to Gujrat at Padva village. The data card was not working there due to non availability of Tower & there was no network. I did lodge a Compliant with your customer care Ms Kavita ( Customer care No[protected] on dated 25 Aug regarding No Network issue. She told me to get the roaming activated and services with tower will be installed within 7 days. I tried my best to get the services but same was available in Bhavnagar City areas. But unfortunately the tower was there and Bill started coming as usual. Ultimately I raised a Termination Request vide Request No[protected] dated 30.10.2014 and talked to Ms Sampa ( Customer Executive) to initiate the Termination. She assured me that the termination would be initiated after 15 days and Rs. 43.50 Bill would be charged towards termination charges and after 7 days all the docs & Data Card will be terminated for ever. But After 15 days there was no call or confirmation. Again contacted Ms Sampa and Ravi on the same customer care No and got to know that the termination request has been closed and my Data card is Bared for services without any docs and I need to submit the request again. I did that one again but the same not yet confirmed to me. I have received a Monthly Bill of Rs. 336.00 on dated 30.11.2014 without any services and contacted your customer care executive Mr. Nitin who did not want to listen to me and nor connected any body senior to him. On dated 02.12.2014 I contacted that Ms.Sampa again and wanted to know the reason of billing and not gettting my data card terninated - She informed that the same is still bared for services and I had been charged for Min Rs.336.00 without any services and did not want to take any kind of complaint. I got the call through to Mr. Ravi of her senior and got the complaint Registered vide No[protected] dated 02.12.2014 for the following reasons - 1. NO services avaiable in Padva Village of Gujrat in Bhavnagar Dist as there is no Tower and network. 2. Inproportionate billing even after shifting the data card to other locations with roaming activation. 3. Non - acceptance of Termination requests even after repeated complaint 4. Mis-behaviour of customer Care executives ( Mr. Nitin, Sampa, and Ravi). They had been using all kind of threatening language and told me to get the matter resolved in court. 5. There is document issues and payment related pending issues not communicated to me till date. You are therefore requested to terminate my Data Card [protected] without any delay and get me relieved from your kind services with immediate effect please With Regards Joydeb Majumder - Alternate No [protected]

Dear Sir,

kindly look into the matter of Billing for the last 3 Months without any services rendered to me. The Monthly Billing of nearly total amount of 3000.00 had been incurred from my side to close the connection and get the termination process completed. Kindly do the same without any more time and lets close the issue of connectivity on my name without any future bills being generated please

I have in constant touch with your customer care for the last three months to get the Broad Band Connection terminated. But there is no action and again the bill of Rs.336 has been generated. Please close it urgently and I am not using that data card anymore as that has been in non-active mode for the last 3 months. There is no tower or network in Padva Village of Gujrat resulting no use of that data card please. You are generating the Bills unnecessary and wasting my time and money.
