[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Reliance Broadband: Not disconnecting the service & raising bill every month without service: | |||
For last 3-4 months I am not able to use Braodband services of Reliance BB and paying the bill for no services. I have many times called Tall Free number of Rcom as well as send emails to their Appellate Authority but all are giving false promise and raising the bill every month though I am not getting the connectivity as well as I have requested them to disconnect my connection many times. My ID is:[protected] in the name of KIRIT VAKHARIA having email address as : [protected]@yahoo.com Kindly resolve the grievance and order Rcom to issue refund for bills paid by me and initial deposit they have taken from me at the time of connection.
