Nov 22, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved Working properly but can not say about reliance broadband. It may be stop working in future.

I think you are not interested to resolve your customers complaint.
I have raised complaint on 20th July 2015 and today is 31st July 2015.
Still problem is not resolved and you are expecting to give opportunity to resolve the complaint with best service.
I think this is the worst service you are providing to your customers.
Other Internet provider is better because if we raise any complaints then we receive resolution within 3 days and here we are still waiting for resolution after 10 days.
