[Resolved] Reliance — Broadband service not working ! | |||
Internet was not working from 12th November and i have waited and launched a complaint on 16th November. Whenever I call them they are telling that the problem will be solved within 24 hours but nothing happened, no one visited my place to check the connection . I have raised almost 30 complaints till now. But there is no proper response and the problem is not resolved yet. Please take proper action on this and do solve this problem as soon as possible. We could not use the internet for the past 15+ days due to connection failure, So Reliance have to reduce the bill amount for the connection outage period. My contact no is [protected] .I don't see there isn't any tracking or time limits to fix issue.its a pathetic service.

At least I would expect the termination process to be much faster..not like other service
