User shritam on Mar 20, 2015 My complaint was registered on 4th march and sri number[protected]. Its been more than 15 days still no action has been taken, nobody bothered to call. I am just paying extra rental on the same. Product is very good but customer support and service is very bad. Will not recommend to any one. MY COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED ON 4TH MARCH AND STILL MY LANDLINE IS NOT CANCELLED AND HERE YOU GUYS ARE SENDING PRE-TYPED MESSAGE EVERYTIME... THIS IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE??????????
NO WONDER YOU TAKE ADVANCE PAYMENT.

AND STOP SENDING ME PRE-TYPED MESSAGE AND DO SOME WORK

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU SHOULD STOP DOING BUSINESS IF YOU ARE GOING TO MAKE SUCH FAKE ASSURANCE.
