Reliance Broadband — Terminate my connection without information. | |||
I have paid 1445+271=1716/for one month use of their broadband connection, and 1 day their mechanic came to me and taken my modem told your connection is terminated, whenever i called to customer cir they are saying me you have told us to terminate connection, but i have never told that. Then after they saying once it got terminated it cant be reconnected. So whenever i want to take a new connection neither they are giving me new connection nor are responding to m.they are playing with cusumer money. hear is my send mail to customer cair but they never replied me. In my point of view you should have to send SMS or MAIL to notify him/her sir we are going to do this this to you.or ask for alternative contact, but no u haven't did that, ISSUE.(2) You are saying that i have told you to disconnect my internet connection.Have u any sufficient proof??????? or telling as like this, Have you ever think if i will make a consumer complain regarding this how the issue will flow, and that time what will be your answer????I think u should have to listen all the call record of linked with my connection request or complain to clear your doubt.ISSUE.(3)You are telling that you have called me and did not receive that, but plz make it sure that u have called on my number.I have checked my call records no call from your side was missed by me.Better you can fetch from network list. ISSUE.(4)Plz do sure that the person are sitting in the service desk are they eligible to translate hind to English or not, Bcoz i am thinking that all the problem are created because of them and their translation not from my side.
