Reliance Broadband - TORTURE BY RELIANCE AGENT - PRATIK GROUP
i am receiving repeated emails from Pratik Group (Mr. Balaji) who do not have phone number to even contact them back. i fail to understand why Pratik Group is torturing like this. They have no clue about our current bill status. Sending email with Bill dated for Jan 2014 which makes no sense. They have no updates from Reliance as well. I request that these emails and communication to be stopped from them. Also request a personal from Relaince Billing team to contact me regarding the bill issue which never seems to be resolved.

i being a customer of Reliance Broadband for more than 7 years and had never defaulted the payment but
still this MR BALAJI from pratik agency has been harassing me every month by sending EMAILS & By Calling and speaking in a very abusive & very rude language. They have no clue about our current bill status. They have no updates from Reliance as well.

Pratik Group (Balaji) is like a harassment, I am receiving regular sms & mails from this group even though I have disconnected the connection as the broadband connection is not working for past one month, after giving several complains to reliance customer care for the same. Instead of rectifying my complain this reliance & balaji has harassed me for the bill, & if I receive any more mails, massages or calls from them I will complain against them. My reliance broadband internet connection is not working from last 15 days. Called several times to customer care, at least thrice a day but same thing i am hearing from them that my problem will solve within 24 hours of time but daily they auto close the complaint and say problem has been solved from heir end.
