[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Unfair Practices

This is in continuation to my earlier complaint regarding issue of not attending the issue of termination of my Reliance broadband connection and forcing me to pay me the bill without providing services. The request for termination of my connection was made on 14.09.2014 which is lodged on 21.09.2014 with condition that they will take further 9 days and I have to pay monthly rent to them. That means they will charge the bill for the period of delay on their part and intentionally delay is being made by them to charge bill without providing services, in this connection I send a email to '[protected]@relianceada.com' which is as under :- "The request for termination on my connection no[protected] was made through email on 14.09.2014, after my reminders by email on[protected] and[protected] the request was lodged by you on[protected] no.[protected], on[protected] I had also got registered my request for disconnection no[protected]. Now by another disconnection complaint number you are informing that the disconnection will be made in 9 days. Please inform me why my request for disconnection dated 14.09.2014 is delayed. Is it delayed intentionally by you to charge the rent for one more month. My connection is not working since last more then 20 days and my initial complaint was lodged with you through email on 09.09.2014 and you are not entitled to claim any bill after the said period as the services was not provided. You are again requested to please get my connection disconnect without any further delay and only charge the justified bill and please do not try to cheat me by making intentional delay. Janardan Prasad Srivastava, [protected] " The above is the email send by me to said service, the said company is intentionally delaying the disconnection process to charge monthly rent without the service provided to me, initially the disconnection request was lodged on 14.09.2014 but delayed with wrong intentions to 21.09.2014 giving a time of 9 days for disconnection process it means they are intended to charge one month rent more without any use of services. The same is unfair intention of said company as they are having no legal right to charge any rental amount if services is not provided. It is requested to please take up the matter with said company as the said company is adopting Unfair practice against the natural law.
