[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Unjustify billing | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I have a reliance 3G dongle from last Aug-2013 with a plan of Rs. 750/- unlimited plan my No is [protected]. Last Month from 19th of September 2014 to 1st October 2014 I was not able to use any Internet connection due to low connectivity. When I was ask several time in reliance customer care they told me their system updation work going on they cant solve the problem even after minimum 20th time call they cant able to launch a complain for that. In that time one of customer care executive in the basis of assumption( because they are not able to see the system their system work going on) activate one Mobile Internet top up of Rs. 99/-. Which was just un used and unjustified. I launched 3 complain on i) my bad Internet connection which is still not solved. ii) Wave off of my monthly rental charge in pro- rata basis in which period i was not able to use the Internet connection and wave off the extra top up charged which i was not able to use at all, this complain they did not resolves don't know in which basis and with out any information to me. iii) Stop and give me credit back one unauthorised and unjustly status like miss call alert service of 3G dongale no from last October 2013 month onwards in which I all ready paid over Rs. 330/- all ready. They deny to give me any solution to this matter. I escalate the matter here. Was this information helpful? | |||
