My self swarup kumar behera, ex - emp of rcs having code: 70056719, joined as sr manager - investments in bhubaneswar branch during[protected].

My pf no. was - mh/vashi/118432/165 in rcs.


Now i want to withdraw the same and for this contacted to mr. sunil somarajan, roshan g rasquinha, krishna r haridas, vaishali d'souza, jackson josef several times in last 4 years. not getting any response from them.

Contacted to your corporate office, but not provided the contact person's name or contact.

Kindly help me in it and also request to let me know who is the right person to contact and his address to send my filled withdrawal form 19 and 10c.
