[Resolved] Reliance Communication Limited — wrong billing ( plan changed without prior intimation ) | |||
i have a reliance 3g connection ( [protected] ) for which i submitted a disconnection request with reliance 3 months back. There agent called & offered me a plan to get an 1 GB UNLIMITED PLAN @ Rs. 250 i.e. 1 gb at 3G speed and after that reduced to 2G SPEED. I accepted their offer as they clearly told me that my bill will be under 300 ( 250 + taxes ) but when i got bill in second month they have charged me Rs 750 + taxes. When i enquired abt this with them they said the previous plan is now scraps and they have instead given me a new plan in which 1 gb is free and after that 3p/10 kb is charged till 750. when i said i[censored] r changing plan u have to make costumer aware regarding that. but they didnt gave me any satisfactory answer and said to me they will call back in 2 days regarding the matter but as always i didnt got any call.it happens 2-3 times. then finally i requested for disconnection then only an agent( Ms. Jai shree ) called n accpeted that the mistake on their part and will give me a waiver n offered me a new plan. but again i didnt get any response from them regarding the adjustment in bill. again i called them but they continued to say they cant give me waiver so i requested to get it disconnect finally. Now they are saying that i have to pay the bill as generated by them.( i.e. around Rs. 1300 for two months instead of Rs 600 as per original plan )it not much to pay Rs. 1300 but the wrong practice toward costumer from RELIANCE is really not acceptable.
