Reliance Communication Ltd. — No Activation of Broadband Connection after 43 Days of Advance Payment | |||
I have a reliance broadband connection. Few days ago I have requested on reliance to suspend my broadband service temporarily, on this request customer care executive told me not to pay next bill so that they could suspend my broadband service on temporary basis. When I make payment my connection will be activated again. After 2-3 months I have enquired for Bill amount and paid the same on 12-June-2014 for the sake of service activation but yet my service is not being activated. I have made 45-50 calls in Reliance Customer Care but They are not solving problem after 40-50 calls. They disposed off so many complaints of me without intimating me and troubleshooting my problem. They are lies again and again and assuring me to rectify the same. After great irritation I have told him to refund my advance payment if they can not solve my problem but they are paying the same. Even they are sending Bill for Next months without any service. So I have decided to apply in Consumer court for compensating me for inconvenience and reimbursing my advance payment.
