[Resolved]  Reliance Communication — regarding deduction of balance

i had a 16 rs whatsapp plan from the vendor. even after having it i had my data used n balance whenever i used whatsapp . it had happened before but i just ignored. but they did it yet again. please do somrthing cuz 16 bucks not that big but everytime it is now annoying n i feel like robbed . please refund my balance n show them it is not good to cheat in any form towards their customers. i[censored] want den my no. is [protected]
