[Resolved] Reliance Communication — Regarding Telephone line & broadband connection not working | |||||
I am using Relaince broadband and telephone service having user id:[protected] but regularly i had to face disconnection problem.I have registered complaint regarding non functioning of my Broadband connection and telephone about 5 days back under Comp.No.[protected],[protected]from[protected] to[protected]. I have repeatedly telephoned at Tollfree requesting them to get my connection repaired. But unfortunately I have to say that Relaince is now a totally non-reliable run system. No one cares for promptness no body can do anything to them. I am always told that my problem will be got resolved within 48 hours. But God knows when those 48 hours will end. The height is that when on[protected] i.e. today I told the person at Tollfree Number that my connection is still not working from last Saturday[protected], he said that our system shows your issue has been resolved yesterday I couldn’t understand how automatically system updated as “Resolved” if it’s not. Though officers at nashik levels are not at all attending my complaint, I feel that my complaint may not be resolved very soon, But may be there must be few honest and dedicated officers still in Relaince, who may try to actually attend the grievance of common people and help to lift the image of Relaince a little bit. Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been telling since Monday[protected] that my broadband & Telephone is not functioning and till date its not working, i don't want any kind of waiver but at least make my connection available. your concerned team is giving wrong feedback to you that they have solved the problem, none of concerned team has attended my complaint still from last 7 days it is not working both the Telephone and broadband connection so it become very difficult to work as i have commitment to fulfill in time.You can send somebody to confirm whether it is working or not. Now i am fed up with your service and negative attitude. if can't give service properly then please let me know so that i can apply for disconnection. Expecting spontaneous reply/rectification from your side.
