Reliance Communication — The Reliance Call Centre Executive isn't resolving and redirecting to go Reliance Store

Reliance Officials have mailed that the issue will be resolved but the other side the messages, calls are still coming regarding the payment for not provided services and I have received a call from Mumbai Executive, he has asked me that, Who have called regarding payment ?, Which agent have you called ?, from which city the call has come ?, these kind of questions he asked. His questions are like the opposition advocate asks. After all these questions, without resolving the issue. He has redirected again to the Reliance Store. What for the Executive has called?
They wants to resolve it or continue the issue ?, If they want resolve the issue, they have to take action on the collection Agent/Agency to whom they have appointed in my area and close this issue.but they are simply throwing the issue again on customer. That means they aren't interested to resolve the issues. Have I made any mistake in choosing the Reliance Communication, why they are not terminating.

I agree, I am also facing problems with reliance infocomm. They just call and do nothing about it.

Here is my complaint

Reliance Infocomm - Non receipt of security deposit - [protected] & [protected]

I am a user of the above 2 numbers from Reliance Infocomm. I have migrated from Post Paid to Prepaid since the past 4 months. Previously I had deposited security deposits with them of Rs. 2000.00 & s. 250.00 Upon migration I was informed that I will receive the cheques via mail in 90 days. As I did not receive these cheques, I have been repeatedly following up with them at Customer service Numbers, who refuse to take a complaint as my calls land up in the pre paid department due to automatic choice of the IVR. They advised me to visit their local Web World office, and they send some internal email, where I receive no confirmation and neither any complaint number or a reference number. When I wrote them an email they refuse to respond as there is no complaint number to the nature of this complaint. I have written numerous emails regarding the above, but there is no response from their end. Sir, please tell me how am i supposed to follow up without getting a valid complaint number from any end? Please guide me out of this mess and ask the company to pay back my security deposit which is lying with them my email id is kabirmaster.[protected]@gmail.com
