Reliance Communications — 3G network failure while entering in home | |||||
I have purchased a new sim three days before but i am not able to access 3g network inside home due to network failure of 3g. I contacted reliance customer care but after 10 mins of waiting customer care executive picked phone but not responded well and refused me that he is not able to resolve this problem and transferred my call to their senior executive and again i awaited up to 50 mins to receive my call but nobody was there to hear me, i have that recording also after 1 hour holding phone i m going to complaint online, kindly solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise I am going to quit reliance Was this information helpful? | |||||
