[Resolved] Reliance Communications — 3g service terminated and asking for payment without service

I bought reliance wi-pod (3g internet service) on 28th of february 2016.
Ref : mdn [protected].

On june 2016, i got information from reliance communications that, they are going to migrate to 4g service. For that we need to buy new dongle which cost around rs.1500 and the service plan also will be changed.

But i am not interested for that and refused to change.

I paid the bills upto july 2016. Suddenly, on 2nd week of august 2016, the service was terminated by them.

So i contact customer care, but response from them.
Now they are asking for two months payment, which they are not provided service to me.

Updated by Chotta Babu Reliance Communication ltd., is threatening me daily through message, that they will take legal actions on me.

The 3G service was stopped by them without any notification on August 2016. Unnecessarily they are making bill for August and September months too.

I purchased the 3G dongle for Rs.1250/-. I request Reliance, to get back the dongle and refund the dongle amount to me.

I have used dongle for two months, I paid bill amount also, then and there only I have cancelled my plan. but reliance communication is sending me the notice to pay due amount 1478 Rupees, how I can pay? when I have cancelled that day only I stopped to use.

today my brother paid bill amount, please return my amount back.

My reliance number is [protected]. I had received a offer massage from id RM-615177 that '' Payein Rs.35 ka TT + All calls @40p/min +1GB 3G Data, aaj recharge karein Rs.30 se.'' yesterday but i didn't receive the any benefits of same. I received TT of Rs.23 only. so please shoutout my problems ASAP.
