[Resolved] Reliance Communications — 4g data tariff cheating | |||||
Hi sir/madam, I am an existing reliance internet user with the dongle no [protected], recently reliance stopped cdma services and i was forced to upgrade to 4g with a word that the same plan will be continued even in 4g plan. But now all the tariff has been revised and we are provided with a costlier tariff and are forced to pay costlier bill with higher rentals. This was a clear open cheating from reliance.They are ready to disconnect the services since they have sold the dongle and don't need existing customers anymore.Please do look in to the issue and provide a solution for the users.
