They made me to upgrade 4g from pro 3 saying the plans would remain the same and reduced to 3gb per month, and the bloody net was not working during the upgrade process, out of 40used only 4 GB, for tht I need to pay full amount for the bill, customer care is a true, it takes around 55 mins to connect and no proper response .
