Reliance Communications — 4g upgrade | |||||
Dear sir, I am using reliance wi-pod for more than 8 months without missing any monthy bill payment. The problam is start in[protected] to till date not properly work in my device. Go to the reliance wep store and asking this issue. The customer care person says' we are working the 4g micration to ur device, so you are upgrde 4g sim and device to pay some amount, if you neclet then your connection next month disconnect. My questin is, 4g upgration is only your side, i dont want 4g, why we pay this 4g device, i am already pay this wipod cost rs.1800 + 100. Next month you disconnect the service, what use my device.
