Reliance Communications — After convert cdma to 4g tower & communication problem

My resident is surya complex, belanganj, tikonia agra near bhagat halwai.
Ir i wish to inform you that whenever i have change my cdma no. To 4g, there is much communication problem due to tower not connected properly. Because my resident is on first floor and flats has two floors. So many companies tower has problem to reslove that but some companies also provide very good result. If you can resolve my problem, i will feel happy to continue with you.
Kindly do needful in this regards and oblige me.
