Dear Reliance, It's happening again, like you said in your previous reply and initially I was happy to see my amount was back into my account BUT at the same time it's again started deducting the charges for VAS services from my account even though I was received a message on 07/20 saying VAS pack has been deactivated. Please see the below amount details as it was deducted so far, please look into this and refund my amount. Kindly deactivate all VAS pack services from my number so that this type of deductions will not be happen again in future.
