[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Amount deducted for no reason

Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings!!! I am Imran Mallick hailing from Jharkhand, I did a recharge of 60.00 Rs.on 26th July 2015 on my number [protected] which i got credited to my mobile account in full but to my surprise within few hours of time frame Reliance deducted the entire amount out of my account for no reason, this is not the first time that i am experiencing this issue, its a continuous process, I Called them several times for their crappy affairs. Yesterday & Even today When i dialed 198, I could not catch up with them, All i am doing since yesterday is try try & try but the customer care people have either blocked me or there is a serious glitch which is not allowing me to talk to those people. Requesting you to please look into it as they are so lethargic and under the impression that they cant be touched by the laws of truth. Looking forward to hear from you.
