[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Amount deduction | |||
I have a Prepaid Reliance connection(Mob.-[protected]), Reliance Company deducting my balance Rs. 5/- daily without my knowledge from 1 month to till. I complained about this dated 26.04.16 to Call Service Center, He replied me that Sorry for inconvenience and Reliance Company refund your Rs 5/- in few minute. I got this same day. Now today again deduct my Rs. 5/- from my balance, and i again complaint to Service Center, and they again follow same, finally i got Rs. 5/- Finally it means, that if i complaint of this then i got refund otherwise i loss my balance. May 24, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Company has been return my deducted amount, but after 4 days company again deducted my more balance as compare before, and now i am not able to speak Company Customer Care Center.
Now till today company regularly deduct my balance as i recharged.
Finally i am not satisfied with this.
