[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Applied wrong broadband charges of rs.1453 after termination

After termination accepted by rcom team,
I have received final bill of rs.1453 on 13-06-16.
It should have to be almost null, because total internet usage (By days) from 11-03-16 to 11-05-16 are already paid by my side including late payment charges.

I have also cross checked my usage & payment data with head office, bhopal. Which i found is 99% accurate.
So, kindly verify the usage once again from 11-03-16 to 11-05-16.

The Conversation Held On 16th May 2016 Was Ended Without Any Resolution. How Can You Say That- "concern has been discussed and resolved to your satisfaction." ?

I Have Got Usage Details From Local Head Office, They Are 98% Accurate According To Above Complaint. Even After That, Your Customer Retention Dept. Asking Me To Pay Rs.1845 To Terminate Connection.
