[Resolved] Reliance Communications — automatically activation o[censored]nsubscribed service and deduction of balance.

my mob no-[protected], on 2nd July 2015 any unsubscribed service has been automatically activated on my phone and my Rs/-10 balance has been deducted.i am sure that no process had been done by me or by my phone for any service. And when i called at 198 customer care they ignored my request for refund saying that the activation process has been done by my confirmation, and when i requested to talk to their senior they kept me on waiting for 29 min. and when again i called they blocked my number.
