As per your promotional message of ongoing offer of rs 397 equals 10gb data, validity 28 days, i rechrged my noumber, but i have got only 2650.70 mb that equals roughly around 2 gb . If i don't get the promised amount of data, i will break all my ties with reliance communications and opt for another network . So kindly comply to my request and look into the matter as soon as possible....

I have sent my first request on "Feb 15, 2016" to disconnect the broadband service due to poor performance and frequent disconnection, but the service was not disconnected. In-spite of raising a complaint on the 19th, till now there has only been a phone call from a call center to find out my address. But, service is the same. 99% no data network & 95% there is no network signal.

Looks like no one at reliance is bothered to look at customer grievances. That's the kind of service offered by reliance. Not at all reliable at all.

Reliance has rolled 4g services yesterday where reliance asked to replace existing cdma dongle with 4g sim cards.

Please check the email chains with reliance. After all this and giving proof that i have cancelled data cards and quality was bad. The representatives accepted that they will close the billing issue. They also took back the data cards stating it is company policy. They did not want me to have access to them as i could have proved how bad they were working. We have paid final amount of Rs.1214 on 01/09/2015 19:35.
And I have also registered to cancel and deactivate the datacard since July 2015 i am not using the datacard. The SR number is :[protected]. Executive from Reliance called and confirmed to deactivate and close the request.
Now they are calling and asking to pay balance amount Rs. 695 this is totally cheating the customer....
