I have requested to close my postpaid connection(mob. [protected]) and got confirmation of reliance account close request no.[protected] on 29th July 2015. I have also paid final settlement bill(7th Aug 2015) and have stamped and signature from Reliance web world manager on the receipt. Suddenly now I am getting repeated threatening calls from some lawyer's office and they are saying pay the bill in half an hour otherwise ready for consequences....

I have ported my Number [protected] from Airtel to Reliance 2 week before. Last week my outgoing calls were barred due to my address verification was negative. And i was advised to call [protected]/[protected] to complete my verification. I am continuously calling this numbers and asking them to send an executive to my address for verification, but still now no one has came to my place. From today morning my Incoming calls are also barred.br...

I had recharged my Reliance Hello Phone with Rs. 1000 through net banking. But i just received Rs. 33.36 as balance out of it. Instead of 870.36
I tried to contact all the service center numbers. But every service center says not my department and asks to talk to another number. They started with 198 later *333, *396, 30339696 but no solution. Tried complaining over email, but no positive reply.

I have tried porting my reliance number [protected] to Vodafone on 9th February. To clear my outstanding bill of Rs 149, I paid Rs 500 (350 extra). Received an from Vodafone saying reliance has denied my porting request because I have outstanding dues. I contacted customer care and my unbuckled amount was Rs 2. Since I already paid 350 more than required, my total outstanding was negative -348. Yet reliance communications has the audacity...

I was call 3 time in Reliance customer care but all time told me system is not update call back after some time...this process going 3 days and the cansalt person is Heranyam, Deepak Mahakud And last call taken by priyanka ...

I request you please check my call and take imedeate action over this matter...

I bought a Reliance Wi pod max in Pune. but it not activated. If I call customer care they are saying the documents are not uploaded. I have unlimited call std and local by recharge 399 I m doing port form bank to relince but my outgoing call finish before last date last date is 26 fab I have recharge on 30 Jan

Recharged my Datacard a week ago, the speed is poor (only 8kbps).This is not a new issue they just put a cap on my speed to limit my usage, complained many times no action taken so far....

Reliance wipod is total waste of money, I never saw such worst customer support in any other network.

I am sorry to give you repeat ed reminder s again for this deduction.
Please note my phone was not used for four months from 26 th September 2015 until 28 th Jan 2016 as I was abroad. When I switched of my phone on 26 th Sep 2015 my balance was 33 left on my account and when I switched on my phone on 29 th January I see my account balance as zero, why ?? This is really cheap from Reliance n it's happened to me a lot...

I tried calling customer care, they are asking me to wait and after sometime telling, concerned department is very busy. This has been going on for the past 2 days. I tried e-mailing reliance communication, even no response. so I do not know whom to approach. I am simply paying postpaid bill. Hope my complaint...

This is the 3rd time im writing this compliant. This reliance wipod is hopeless. Nobody had called me even after i register the compliant in the facebook page. Are guys serious????
