I'm soumya mondal from bardhaman .w.b. I got a postpaid connection last monday...no. Is - [protected]. In my home location all time tower is only 1 in postpaid bt i also hav a prepaid no.. Dere is full tower all tym...i did't know wats da problem. 2 nd matter is in my postpaid no...out going / incoming call are resticted all time...from da 1st day. Wats da problem sir...plzzz resolve ... I will be very thankfull...
