[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Bad network connection provided and demanding money

I got reliance postpaid sim no:[protected]. The network was too bad to make phone calls. Then i complained them through 198 number. After getting the complaint they did not rectify the problem but they are concentrating only on money (bill payment). I asked them to solve the network problem but ...
2 months have passed i make phone calls outside of my residential place since 2 months. I request you to resolve my problem. I cannot pay them untill they provide me proper network connection. Please help me in solving this issue.

Updated by Imailu The problem remained for a long time. And not a small effort was taken to solve the coverage problem. So in while receiving call i became tempered and burnt my phone. But still you people keep on concentrating for money.
Till now . If you keep on sending me bills I will go to consumer court and i have proofs too.
