Reliance Communications — Balance deducted

Same thing happened again .
A deduction of around 15 RS happened yesterday which is reverted today with a balance of 10 RS.
But again the data usage is being deducted the main balance which is just given back.
How many time this will be repeated ?
I have faced this for the fourth time.
I have logged another complain for the same, but didn't get any response and also not able to find the complain also.
I just hope it is not being deleted by Admin.

I am using reliance last 1 year now a days my balance has been deducted around 126 rupees.this is happening ith me second time, whenever i am going to call it is showing zero balance i am very frustrated with tghis issue.and these people are not serious to solve issue, please refund my amount...My Mob.[protected]
