Hi, I would like to notify you regarding the Balance Refund complaint that I made using the CC Service on 18 Dec 2014 was not yet resolved. As per the words of your CC Executive and the Text Message that I got it had to be solved in 6 hr max but still not done. It seems that reliance corporation is not taking the complains Seriously as per the customer is getting affected always due to bad and uncertain issue, nor even the CC Executives are responding with the reasonable answer they just keep on saying that you have to wait all long till your issue get resolved by their end .I don't know what kind of replies they give either they are trained with few predefined line that they keep on saying on all your issues rather then working on it. Below is mentioned Complain No with the attached snapshot of the received text message Complain No[protected] Phone No for which Complain is raised - [protected] Reason For Complain - Balance of 175 Rs deducted against use of Internet while the Complaint No was Having a pack of valid GPRS Reliance Should take concern of their valuable Customers.
