Reliance Communications — Balance deduction and no service by RCOM

I recharge the mobile with 220 rupees on Dec 9, 2014 and in the morning it reduce to 0 and RCOM customer service was unable to track my details as usual system down.
After on unable to connect to 198.
And when I tried *333 they inform me that they don't have access to know the detail older than 3 days.
What should I do??
Please help me on this.
