Reliance Communications — Benefits not received as promised after 4G upgrade | |||||
Hi my Dongle number is [protected] before I upgraded to 4g I have enquired from the Relianceada that whether the benefit on my Reliance 3 of 1 GB per month by rupees 3001 recharge will continue when I upgrade to 4G or not, to this the customer care replied me by e-mail that I will continue to receive the 1 GB data benefit per mth and my plan would not change, but today I called the Reliance customer care to find out at what date my 1 GB data benefit monthly cycle is due to which they said that this plan is not functional now and I won't be receiving it. This is the copy of email that i received from reliance- On 02-Jun-2016 11:39 pm, wrote: Dear Mr. Pengoria, We acknowledge your e-mail dated June 02, 2016 for your Reliance number [protected]. Kindly note that, you will continue to get 1 GB data benefit post upgrading to 4G. Assuring you of our best services always. Thank you for choosing Reliance. Reliance has promised me to give 1 GB data per month and now they are not agreeing to what they promised. Kindly look into this .issue and ensure that this plan continues on my number.
