Reliance Communications — Bill issue | |||||
Hi sir, I got some unknown charges on my bill and i'm not aware about this i called the customer care of reliance and they treated very badly no courtesy no concern and when i called the number i'm in queue for more than 1hr. When i spoke to reliance customer care agent and asked for manager he said nobody available and asked for a callback from manage the agent denied and hungup. Then a dropped a email got reply but every time i got different answer someone told the charges are applicable and cannot refund some one told will waive the rs. 208.00 and i can pay the remaining but confirmation was sent by reliance I really had bad experience and pathetic service i paid the bill because i want my number to be active but i'm going to move the service provider very soon My number is.[protected] Thanks & regards John cherian Was this information helpful? | |||||
