Reliance Communications — bill paid in advance but blocked my datacard | |||
My data card number is [protected], i have paid Rs.2160 at Reliance store at anakapalle on 09/06/2014 for 3 months advance rental plan, i.e for 1299 plan of 3 months and the out standing amount upto that date. the total was Rs.2160. But now while contacting reliance customer care they are informing that they have not received any payment for the said number and they have stopped the services of my datacard. I have paid the amount through the Bill no. 13833, I request you to activate my services of the data card and continue in the bill plan that i have paid, i.e 1299 plan for 3 months.
