Reliance Communications — Billing problem regarding mobile internet

Sir, my mobile no is [protected] and I live in Silchar, Assam. My post paid mobile plan is new joy 99. I have been using this no from 2006. Under this plan I get 50MB mobile internet free but in every month Guwahati office charge me with some money for using 2 or 5 MB. Last month it was Rs 72 for using 6.5 MB of mobile internet. I have contacted Mr. Pranab Sharma, Customer care executive several times and told him regarding correction of my mobile bill. But he has not done anything regarding correction of my mobile bill. I have to pay my bill within 9th Feb to avoid late fee of Rs 100.00. But if the bill amount is not corrected during this time I will have to surrender my post paid mobile connection. I will not continue your service and I will not pay anything extra for mobile internet which you suppose to provide me free. Thanking you. Amitava Dey Purkayastha.
