[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Bills created after closing the connection | |||
Dear Sir / madam, I am Jayant Das used a reliance data card#[protected] till Nov 2015. The bill amount of Oct 2015 was extremely high, I spoke to the customer care and suggested her to close the connection and am ready to pay the full and final amount. She shared me the final amount I need to pay for closing the connection. I paid the entire balance in Nov 2015 and she said in the call that my connection will be closed. I surprised to see they started generating bill again after 3 months. When contacted Reliance said, they put my number on hold and after 3 months they resumed and it was my direction. However, There they unable to provide any proof of my consent to put the number on hold. last month they wrote to me that they are investigating the issue and all of a sudden the recovery agents are calling me and threatened me to pay the bill immediately.
