Reliance Communications — Broadband & landline services are not provided regularly

Sir/madam,
I was broad band user wide no[protected]. My broadband & landline was not working from 10/07/2016. I complaint it to resolve the problem to the costumer care so many time but fail to solve my problem.
Then i told to costumer care if you can not provide me the regular services then disconnect it. Because you are not provide me regular services properly, every month i was paying full amount but the servise was not provided me regular. (Broad band was disconected always 10-12 days every month after complaint to customer care). Now reliance send me a bill for rs. 645/-. I replied that i want to know the period of bill. Whereas the broadband was not working from 10/07/2016 and told to check your details again and send me fresh bill for 4 days of july as per my uses. I have requested earliar to adjust 4days bill from my security, and refund the balance if you can not provide me your service.

The step of disconnection was taken due to failure of services.

If reliance provide me good services and wave off the bill from 10th july to till day withought interruption then i will think about to continue it. Otherwise refund my security. It is for your information of reliance services.

I replied that I want to know the period of bill. whereas the broadband was not working from 10/07/2016 and told to check your details again and send me fresh bill only for 4 days of july as per my uses. I have requested earlier to adjust 4 days bill from my security, and refund the balance if you can not provide me your service. I recieved so many calles to pay my bill. where as no any amended bill sent to me. .
