My subscription id is[protected]. I am really fed up with the reliance services. Last Monday I made a complaint that my Internet is not working, it got close automatically saying they have worked on it and Internet started working but it was not. Nobody called me and confirmed. So again I made a complaint. After 4 days my internet started working. I got call from the relation team that i will not happen again because i was about to disconnect the connection. They promose it wont happen again. And from evening of the same day again internet started giving problem. And now its now working again. I have made a complaint yesterday but nobody called and fixed the internet. There local offices they never picks up the phone. I want strict action to be taken against them for poor service and harassasment. Was this information helpful? | |||

My friend, Reliance Communications do not value the service it has to provide. They will only make a move to collect the payment. Nothing more, nothing less. I had a Reliance Broadband connection, and i had been using it for close to 3 years. Out of the 3 years, I can tell u for sure that i had a working connection for close to 1.5 years. No compensation was ever provided for the time there was no working connection. Also even after I requested multiple times for the waiver number for the compensation, they always state that there is not such request. Thats it. I suggest you disconnect this connection and opt for another service provider. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE EVER FACED IN MY TIME IN 3 COUNTRIES.
