[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Broadband connection is not working for 5 days | |||
For the past 5 days I haven't been getting any broadband net connection. I called customer care on (2/Feb/2016) and they said that they would rectify the problem within 24 hours. The problem is still not rectified. Net connection is not at all working. When I called customer care again on (3/Feb/2016), they said that they will again need another 24 hours. Now five days has elapsed and the problem is still not solved. Everyday I am calling customer care and they are saying the same thing. This is not at all acceptable. For the past 10 days I haven't been getting any net connection. I called customer care so many times and they said that they would rectify the problem / some times they are telling that they are doing maintenance for the towers.The problem is still not rectified. Net connection is not at all working.
Everyday I am calling customer care and they are saying the same thing and getting irritating response / telling so many excuses and not at all customer support.
Please do something to rectify the problem, I have spend money for buying data, but not useful.
