I got a call from Reliance call centre no.[protected] was offered me for MNP. when i said that i am interested he forwarded the call to his senior person and he conformed the details.Same day i got call that reliance executive want to collect document for further process, i said ok and he came to me. His Name was JITENDRA ([protected]). he collected all documents along with mnp code and security deposit amount 300/- rs. and issued a receipt having serial no.-5970
dated 19/05/16. the receipt is representing Channel Partner of Reliance communication named Great India Communication, Having address- 169/3, 2nd Floor, Govindpuri, New Delhi-19, E-mail ID- gic.[protected]@gmail.com, contact no. [protected]. But i have no update till now after daily followup & nobody get response from that side .

Hi, i am calling to the number provided since morning. the sim given by you is not working. i had ported it from idea. my number is [protected]. Kindly let me know what to do. You please provide me the solution on the alternate number I gave because this number is showing no service. You can provide the solution on the alternate number, i.e, [protected]. Hi This is Avinish Kumar. ur peorple have given me sim at Hcl tech, A-8, 9, sec 60, Noida. I told them to very my addres on saturday. the adres of resident I gave was Laxmi Nagar. but on saturday i received following message

But i cudnt insert sim in given time. I inserted aftr 1 o'clk. Now sim is showing out of service. I called customer care they told tele cerification is awaited that is what they can see in the syatem. Currently I am using the no. [protected]. Please call me and let me know the solution. i called at ur no. provided on sim so many times. No1 is picking.

i have given my vodafone mobile connection i.e.[protected] to reliance on 8/10/16. the executive coming from Great India communication and the person give mi a sim and charged Rs.300/- for the same as security vide
Recpt.no. 7385. on 19.10.16 vodafone connection deactivate with massage your connection is ported than i have trying so many attempt for activation of reliance connection on 59059 but my reliance connection has not activated. i have checked sim from my nearest reliance web world i.e. Gagan Infocom the person who check the sim that told me your sim no. is not proper for connection thereafter i have tried many times Greate India Communication's Contact No.[protected] which is printed on recpt. but there is no response from the same

[protected] was offered me for MNP. when i said that i am interested he forwarded the call to his senior person and he conformed the details.Same day i got call that reliance executive want to collect document for further process, i said ok and he came to me. he collected all documents along with mnp code and security deposit amount 200/- rs. and issued a receipt having serial no.-9968

But i have no update till now after daily followup & nobody get response from that side . if they want to keep my money they can but please start my number . because in this era of world, it is impossible to survive without phone. and if my problem will not resolve i will further go to consumer court.
