[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Cheated with 3g unlimited offer

On 31 august got this message (Name: Number: RM-651234 Content: Unlimited 3G Data for you!Recharge Rs 359 & Enjoy Limitless 3G data for 28 days, at same Speed.Hurry !RCOM Time: 31/08/2015 11:06:44) on same day i recharged with above mentioned offer but they took 5 days to activate that offer on my no than 2 days it works fine from 8 September speed drop to 2g i have complained to customer care more than 20 times even emailed to rcom authority but they are not interesting in helping for proof of speed sending link to speed test website advised by the one of rcom customer care http://speedtest.in/results/1509c25076e6bef09f5c5b90ec9e426b1170 please provide justice please tell rcom to extend my plan validity regards [protected] Any one reading please dont believe rcom fake offer (RCOM customer care is very unhelpful)

i dont want your 3g plan because its already more than 18 since i have recharged now i want money back

Its my hard earning it is my 3 days wage your cant take for nothing dont forward this matter to customer care again they only wasting my time and company time by tell me same thing again and again
if it is possible do it from your good office please give justice its already 18 days gone out of my 28 days i am complaining since 31 august if your company respect customer sentiment reactivate my plan this time not with face 3g (because in same room on same phone my fried getting upto 700 kpbs download speed but when with my sim speed is only 31 kpbs)
i am try this everyday.
again Please Please dont forward to customer care they are only waste of time this time show some action no talk
and i am not asking something for free what i am asking is what i had paid for and should be given to me on 31 august 2015 today is 17 September 2015 now decide your self.
Last advice for your good company your customer care really need proper training they are only wasting company resources.

since i have to wait 20 days to get benefit please extend my validity by 15 days at least because this situation happen due to effectiveness of your customer care please (they misguided me they are only saying w are looking into your matter at last got call from Mumbai call center than only my plan start working you can check my service request on attachment file i have sent with this email ) extent my validity
