Reliance Communications — Clearnce of past dues

I have already cleared all my dues with reliance, after the big goo[censored]p cause by the customer support and legal team. However I am still in receipt of this notice every month. In spite of having written to Ms. Pratiek associates they just seem to ignore the mail and still continue to send out notice without even bothering to call and confirm. In the past mails there were always phone numbers mentioned which are missing in the current mails. On having call on these numbers no one picks up and there is no response during any time of the day. This is highly unprofessional of reliance and shows a clear attitude of the company where they corner the customers into a position and ask them to cough up money or face legal consequences. This is highly unappreciated and drops the image of Reliance's services in my mind. I will not be paying a single penny against this as in the past I have already paid the agreed amount. I had also informed this to Ms. Gauri and executive at Pratiek associate via email and tele correspondence. I have paid up the actual due of (Rs. 1350 - Services which I have used) and will not pay your demand of Rs. 900 for services that I haven't used and wish not to be harassed like this by reliance. Request you to resolve this issue effectively. Reliance communication Limited is a leading Unified Access Service Provider in India and provides various Telecom and other services in various telecom circle in India by virtue of Licenses granted by Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India. 2.A connection was allotted and sanctioned to you on your request on a duly executed Customer Application Form and other related forms/documents ("Agreement" hereinafter). However, inspite of the receipt of the said bills, you have grossly failed to make the due payment in time. Due to the non-payment of your legitimate dues, Reliance communication (Maharashtra) Limited was compelled to bar/suspend/disconnect your aforesaid connection. We, therefore, call upon you on behalf of Reliance communication (Maharashtra) Limited to pay the outstanding amount of Rs. 900/. within THREE (3) days of the receipt of this notice, failing which Reliance communication (Maharashtra) Limited, shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you at your absolute costs, risk and consequences.
