[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Closure of phone | |||||
Have been writing to rcom on their customer care id for closure of phone. No response even after 6 emails. Finally i get a response on the 5th email after 15 days that they have accepted the 5th email as the first email (Not sure how their maths works) and that i need to submit the answer to a questionnaire. On receipt of the answers to their questionnaire (Not sure when they will acknowledge that as well - clearly questionable), they will start the closure proceedings. It also says they will keep charging rentals till then. Utter nonsense. Was this information helpful? | |||||
