[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Complaint against reliance postpaid billing | |||||
Hi, my name is anshul and I have been using reliance mobile for about 6-7 years. My number is:[protected].I was using it as a prepaid connection until someone from reliance webworld coaxed me into changing it to post paid connection stating that it would be cost saving. but today i am writing to dispute a billing error in the amount of 1245 on my account. The amount is inaccurate because they charged me for additional internet charges.my plan rental is 125 in which i get calls of 240 rs and net connect rental is 98 Rs in which i get 650 mb per month and as per my previous bills i have never used internet more than 200 mb ever, but this time they charged me 711 rs for internet which i have never done when i called customer care i was told i have used 700 mb data this time which is completely incorrect. I am requesting that the error be corrected, Please investigate this matter and correct the billing error as soon as possible. my email id is [protected]@gmail.com I had brought to relaince notice that their call centre representative i dont remember his name is extremely incompetent in his work as he is unable to clearly understand customers and to rethink their decision of employing him in the said position. These multinational companies like reliance has nothing called customer satisfaction analysis for improving the quality of services offered, but believes in fraud and cheating the customers. Furthermore, I have decided not pay the amount that will be charged on my internet usage unless I get a bill with charges applicable as per my data plan mentioned above. Also, I have requested for discontinuing reliance service. Everybody please do not consider reliance at any cost and for existing users, consider portability to another service provider. Even though, I do not hold a brief for other telecom companies, reliance is surely not worth it. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Reliance Communications — Fixed cables hanging on walls
Hi Team,The Tower cable are taken on walls via PVC pipe towards Tower by fixing on walls with clamp but now all the clamps broken, hence the cables and pipe is hanging on walls. So it is not looking good and irritating us. Pls fix the problem.
