Dear sir (customer care reliance ) thr' on line complaint lodging. please refer my earlier grievance- request for redressel and it is regretted that so far no action has seems to has been initiated on the other hand I am being forced for payment. Again day by day I have informed with the increased amount with my use, as you can seen from data that my Mob has been deactivated four to five days and then again activated by your own with out my request. You are requested to deactivate this number once and final and after enquiry as requested in my original application of grievance inform me final amount to pay. The amount shown in excess in my bills with effect from Nov.2014 (though they were paid) should be reverted and should adjusted against bill for April'2015 (which is actually up hold till finalization in my request of grievance, should be taken in to consideration. I am glad to heard from you about your very special tariff plan but on the other hand it is highly regretted to brought to your kind notice that regarding Bill for the month of July 2015 I have lodge a grievance with your customer care on 24th of June 2015, followed by several reminders for redressel but so far nothing has been heard in the matter. You can also find my request for enquiry and redressel of grievance. Till finalization I have up hold the payment of bill for the month of July 2015. You can see in my past record of payment that all the bills were paid in time so you can see that for some genuine discrepancies in my past bills since Nov 2014 to till June 2015, I noticed a calculated rise which seems to be done with some motive I compelled to lodge a complaint/grievance for an enquiry in all past paid bill (though they all have been paid ) with all facts and figures with customercare clearly stating therein that bill for the month of July 2015 is being up hold for final reply after enquiry. It will not be out of place to mention here that before Nov 2014 my bill always remain between Rs 400-500 or some time rarely upto Rs.600/- which can be verified from your records but since Nov 2014 my bills rapidly ran up every month with an average rise of Rs.300 to Rs.400/- and then Rs.500/-to 600/- which attracted my attention towards the menupulation in the bills, where as the uses of my mobile during aforesaid period remained comperatively less than for the year 2014, 2013 or so on. For the above purpose I have lodged complaint as stated above. You are also therefore requested to please help me from your level to get my grievance redressed at an earliest so that your up hold bill can be paid. I also wish to close this number for ever because of this unwanted collection of money forcably and not giving proper response to the customers like me who pay your revenue timely. In this connection verbal complaints were made several time even manager on duty was also contacted through customer care executive but no vain. Please send me call details statements since January 2014 to July 2015 to ascertain the factual position. HERE i want to point out today's position that after my complaint my current bill again arrived to ( the lowest range as was before Nov'2014) Rs.457-21Ps, when my use of mobile is same as was during the disputed period. So how it happens so, ? Is it not a matter of attention and thorough enquiry at respective levels?. Does it not creats suspi sion ? I do hope that with your active intervention my long pending grievance will be resolve/redress at an earliest. I do not want to keep any bill unpaid but justice should be done in my genuine problem, before insisting for payment which is kept uphold for you decision. Thanking you in anticipation for your cooperation and due favour in the matter.
