Reliance Communications — Connection Suspended for Negative Address Verification Reason | |||
Sir, I took a new postpaid connection and activated successfuly after that i purchased GSM Zero Plan 12 Months Plan on it. After a week on 15th April, i got a sms from Reliance that my connection has been suspended due to negative address verification. I submitted my Voter Card issued as for my Address Proof, I complained to Reliance office at Imphal, they said it will be solve in 24hrs but it didnt. 10days has been passed still my outgoing service is suspended. What i was told by Reliance Office, Imphal : 1. We dont have the address verification agency here in imphal, so the reason mentioned for the suspension is wrong. 2. They sent mails and called up to Shillong about my problem... still they are waiting for their reply from Shillong Main Reliance Office. What i want from Reliance is either refund the amount which i have paid for GSM Zero Plan 12 Months Plan (Rs 10425) or resume my outgoing service. Sharma Was this information helpful? | |||
