Reliance Communications — Connectivity very slow, cannot terminate connection, cannot claim refund for non-availability of service. | |||
Recently bought a Reliance Wipod in month of July. Since then I am not able to see 1% of promised bandwidth. I have recently recharged it with a prepaid plan of Rs 999. They promised i will be getting a speed of 1Mbps to 4 Mbps but i am getting speed at only Bps and that too it disconnects very frequently. The speed is pathetic. They are really cheating by selling products with false promises which is really frustrating from a customer point of view. Please help me in getting back my money, so that i will surrender that stupid device and get a better device. My sincere suggestion is not to buy RELIANCE WIPOD MINI. While purchasing they are telling 14.7 Mbps, over phone with customer representative speed becomes 1 Mbps to 3.2 MBps and in actual it is never more than 200 Kbps.
