[Resolved] Reliance Communications Customer Care Service — Sending Bill despite Termination. | |||||
My reliance data card no. is [protected]. I requested termination of service on 15th of August. I received on 30th of the same month that it has been terminated . Now again i receive a bill on September. The customer care in a very sycophant way asks me to pay as if I hadn't already terminated the account.Then asks me why am I closing the service. Please see to that I don't go on receiving bills for a terminated account. Your irritated customer.
